Order Processing
2.1 Order Processing Time: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and ship the order within 2 working days. Please note that the processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

We will not be held liable for any delays or consequential damages arising from such circumstances.

4.4 Failed Deliveries: In the event of a failed delivery due to reasons beyond our control or the customer's failure to arrange redelivery or collection as per the courier's instructions, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for redelivery.
